Dear Friends and Colleagues,

It gives me great pleasure to welcome all of you to our 8th Annual Scientific meeting. This year our main theme is Navigating Medico-Legal Minefields which will cover a myriad of topics both from the patient’s perspective, the lawyer’s and judge’s perspective and finally the doctor’s perspective. The second day will be in the form of Grand Rounds with in-depth discussion of managing interesting cases from all subspecialties.

On the social side we will be organizing our very first MSO Charity Eye Ball. We welcome all of you to let your hair down and be entertained, in addition to getting to know and mingling with one another.

I would like to thank the Organizing Chairperson, Dr Mano Shunmugam, and his able committee, aided by Puan Majmin Yaakob for making this event a great success.

Lastly a big thank you to all the sponsors who have contributed significantly to the success of the meeting.
